We are a group of volunteers, who have been greatly moved and benefited by ancient wisdom after learning sage teachings. Scientists have proven that our external worlds indeed change in accordance with our minds. With depression becoming a common phenomenon in society nowadays, we believe that the sage wisdom can help many people to regain their happiness by recovering their innate virtues. We also deeply believe that to spread the message of sage teachings can further help reduce the man-made and natural disasters and to resolve the problems of our turbulent world. 

British historian Arnold Joseph Toynbee stated that to solve the problems of the 21st century, humankind must rely on the doctrines of Confucius, Mencius, and Mahayana Buddhism. It is not without reason. 

Our work started from finding some valuable teachings of Confucianism and Buddhism from websites. They are mostly the lectures offered by Master Chin Kung and his disciples. However, it is a daunting task to translate them from Chinese into English. It involves considerable research and brain racking work.  Therefore, we particularly wish to thank The British Sinology School Team for initiating the whole project. Their dedication inspired many people to follow. A production team of translating, video processing, dubbing, pdf documenting, as well as web design and management has formed gradually.

This website belongs to all people who bring forth the aspiration to pass down sage teachings. As Zhang Zai (*1020–1077, a Chinese philosopher, politician, and cosmologist in Song Dynasty) laying out fundamental goals for intellectuals, ‘For ancient sages, we inherit and pass on their wisdom. For future generations, we open up the gateway to peace’, we sincerely invite you to join us in this meaningful undertaking. However, this is just a beginning. To complete this mission, it requires a vast team to contribute to its long lasting operation.
